Very clean, always with people keeping the place clean!

Very well equipped. I needed an ironing machine and went to the reception and got one.

Very happy with our accommodations at Hotel-Pension Spree. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable, and the cleaning every day was really great. The staff were very friendly and helped us open/lock the door when one of the other girls has taken the keys.

Could not ask for better place for value - location is near the station, place was clean and well maintained. Host was responding to every request and question. Would recommend.

It is probably Excellent value for money – probably one of the best small hotels in Berlin! Motel Blue is a wonderful small, minimalist boutique hotel with friendly and welcoming service. The room was small, but it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. A special compliment goes to the lovely staff member from Bulgaria, who takes great care of the hotel and makes sure that everything is exceptionally clean and organized. Her effort and kindness really made our stay even better. The staff was also very helpful—they provided an iron when I asked for one, as well as an extra blanket. Everything was great! The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful, with a supermarket nearby, and the U-Bahn station is only about a five-minute walk away. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and more than sufficient. There is also a nice terrace where guests can relax. The room looked exactly like it did in the photos. It was cleaned regularly, and there were always enough towels and toilet paper. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Berlin. Highly recommended!

Everything is good and old fashioned. The price is unbeatable.

the stuff was so friendly and nice, the place was clean and nice ,the location was perfect 👌 and so lively every thing was so close ,and there is super market next door and every brand is a walking distance and a near bus station and metro.

Its a unique place, it has the experience of staying in an old house, but with the comfort of staying in a good hotel.

Place near to the center, calm street outside, cute stuff, not expensive parking

- easy to check in - very friendly staff - room was spacious - everything was clean - close to public tram / streetcar station

Extremely clean, quiet and cozy. This Gästhaus even has a certificate that serves as an evidence of regular, professional matrace cleaning activities (without harmful chemicals). This place has an extensive history. It is described in German but - worth reading. Loved it!
