The location is serene. The apartment felt like home and was full with all essentials and amenities. Staff was warm and welcoming! I highly recommend.

Excellent experience! The booking process was seamless, we were greeted by the host upon arrival,cleaning and the service exceeded expectations Apartment location-walking distance from the ski lift, equipped with everything that you need for duration of your stay. Restaurant downstairs with very good and large portion of homemade meals.

We lived the apartments, so well located and the staff so helpful.

Wonderfully comfortable and welcoming for the whole family. The room was amazing and well equipped, bed was comfortable. The playroom was for kids was excellent, very clean and so well equipped. The pool and spa area was wonderful. We received a welcome drink and were able to order fresh bread for breakfast. We felt so welcome, our dog included.

Very nice place. Everything perfectly organized. Manuel & staff super-helpful. We loved the little grocery shop on-site. Super-helpful when you arrive at a holiday when all shops are closed

The house is nice and clean. Traveling there off-season, we got a free upgrade for a bigger apartment. The staff was very helpful in adjusting our leave time, which gave us one more nice hike in the area. The Bergliebe are also partner of the Joker card - with this, you get the bus and the summer lifts (and more) for free, which is a very valuable advantage. The position of the apartments is also great - close to the center , you have all you need at hand - bus, shops, lifts.

The hotel was excellent overall. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The kitchenette was well equipped and included a Nespresso machine with pods, which was a very nice touch. The pool was amazing, and the spa area was also very enjoyable and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The heated ski and ski boot locker was very convenient for a ski trip.

The apartment is event better than in pictures! Everything is almost brand new and extremely clean. The views from the windows/balconies are amazing. And having a sauna inside the apartment is to die for after a day of skiing/boarding))

The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.
