Our modern apartments and rooms offer plenty of space to feel at home – perfect for couples, families or groups of up to eight people. Many apartments feature a private sauna for relaxing moments after an active day in the mountains. One underground parking space per apartment is included. A special highlight is our heated outdoor pool with mountain views. In the morning, start your day with a rich breakfast buffet at Restaurant Troadkastn, while in the evening you can enjoy Austrian and Mediterranean specialties (restaurant closed on selected days). Summer & Bike Holidays in Saalbach In summer, the included Joker Card (approx. end of May to mid-October) offers many benefits such as free use of cable cars, hiking buses and outdoor swimming pools. The Sunbikers bike rental is located directly in the hotel and offers discounts for hotel guests, as well as a secure video-monitored bike room. Around the Kohlmais mountain, you will find a variety of mountain bike trails, panoramic routes and hiking trails for active summer days in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Winter Holidays in the Skicircus In winter, you can start your ski day right outside the hotel in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn – one of Austria’s largest ski areas. Ski passes are available directly at the hotel. Through our partner Sport Bründl, you can conveniently rent skis including shuttle service. Saalbach-Hinterglemm is also part of the Epic Pass. Right outside our doorstep, countless summer activities await: hikes for all levels, child-friendly hiking trails, varied mountain bike and cycling routes, and the popular Monti and Panorama Trails. Families will love the nearby adventure areas, playgrounds, and the Kohlmais water playground, while cycling enthusiasts benefit from the bike rental at the house, secure bike storage, and children’s courses. The Learn-to-Ride Park for downhill beginners is also just a few minutes away. In winter, skiing begins right at the Turmwiese beginner slope or via the Kohlmaisbahn. Skipasses are available at our house – the Epic Pass is valid in Saalbach. For winter fun off the slopes, enjoy a toboggan run, the festive Christmas markets in December, and relaxation at the Kaprun thermal spa.
