I enjoyed a comfortable room with a vast bed, warm shower, delicious breakfast, and cozy spa with fitness and sauna facilities. I appreciated the exquisite linens, towels, and toiletries. The location is excellent, with walking distance to the city center and various dining options. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and always greet you with a smile. I would love to stay there again.

Hotel is cute traditional style. Spacious room with storage. They provided free public transport card. Bus stop is just outside hotel. Staff was friendly and informative.

The mountain alps view from my room. Location is great. Bus station in front of the hotel. 10 minutes to old town. At the back is a supermarket with coffee shop and resto inside. Very quiet neighborhood. Theres a bar in the lobby if you want to unwind before going to sleep.

We were very surprised to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The view was interesting. The bed was very comfortable and even though the hotel was very busy, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent. Coffee was good as were the brotchens :) Parking in the hotel's garage wasn't inexpensive, but it was worth parking on site. The people at the front desk were very patient and helpful.

Everything: location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. Shannon (receptionist) had been a darling sister and helped us in every manner. The staff overall was very nice and helpful. Good sound proof rooms.

It was very clean and elegant and had all one could ask from a good hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Reasonably priced parking. Special thanks to Ewlina from the restaurant .. gem of a person and very kind. Also, Fin and Elizabeth at the reception are very helpful and accommodating! Keep it up.
