It is overall a wonderful holiday location because: FACILITIES: - The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and it is fully equipped. - Apart from the normal things (the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped), you will find everything else you need: phone charger, grill, children's toys, beach toys, ice cubes ready etc. - the AC inside the studio is great, efficient but very mild. - The owner is extremely friendly and determined to solve any request you have and the studio is pet friendly. LOCATION: The studio is located inside a very big complex, Santa Marina. It is a holiday village containing a very big number of private villas, various pools, various restaurants, a bakery, 2 beaches, 2 small supermarkets, 2 receptions. - There are bell boys with golf carts ready to help with the luggage when you arrive/leave and the atmosphere is very nice inside the complex. Lots of trees, very peaceful, everything is very safe. - The prices at the restaurants inside the complex are higher, but you get a 10% discount based on a card the owner of the studio gives you. BEACHES AND PARKING: - there are 2 beaches right next to the complex, but they are not the greatest and are kind of expensive for what they offer. There is a 3rd beach (Goldfish Beach) that is 10 min away from the studio by foot, it's bigger, much more alive and much nicer - you can see it from the terrace of the studio. - there are various parking options, all outside the complex: 2 spaces next to the fence of the complex, that are public and free; 1 paid parking with more than 50 places right in front of Viva Mare reception (Viva Mare is a hotel which apparently has various villas in the complex). The cost is 12 lv/24h or 2 lv/h and it is totally safe. PROXIMITY: - Sozopol (Old Town) is max 4 min away by car or 20-25 min away by foot - the road is on the coast. On the way there you will also find a Billa supermarket.

The balcony of the apartment was great.

The best apartment in Santa Marina! I would definitely stay in Karina 1 next time. Full of light trough the many windows and the huge balcony, and it's white interior. Extremely clean. There were so many spare towels and everything one could need for his stay. Near to the main reception and one of the bulk of pools. The host was great and the communication was always easy. Sozopol is great, and staying at Alatoni made our holiday even nicer. Cozy place, close to the beach and the host is very kind.

Due to our plans that was changed, the hotel was helped us to manage the cancelation fee to not charge us and the communication between hotel and us was amazing. I have to say that in the summer definitely we will choose again this hotel.

I absolutely loved the room I stayed in. It had very large windows offering a very wide view of the Black Sea. The hotel is on a hill, so you can see very far in the distance. They also had a pool right in front of our balcony. I didn’t get to use it, but it was nice to have it available. If I would have stayed longer I would definitely have used it. The balcony was large as well. A very good place to drink a glass of wine in the evening.

Everything.The rooms were full of space and they were very well cleaned.The location of the staying was excelent cuz you had 10 min of walking to the nearest beach and food courts/restaurants and besied that you had LIDL right in front of the staying on the other side of the road like 2-4 min of walking

Apartment was big enough for two parents and two children. Animation for children was very good.

Cozy and comfortable place. Perfect for "our" style of traveling when we prefer to change the beach ⛱️ everyday for another

Extremely nice and big 2 bedroom apt with ocean views from each room, very comfortable beds , each of the bedrooms was a master bedroom beautiful location and pool .

The view is gorgeous. The room is luxurious, every detail is pristine. High quality utensils in the kitchen. Good service, friendly and polite staff. Comfortable bed. Good atmosphere, great location. Very stylish accomodation overall.

Everything was great — the place is wonderful, the rooms are clean, and there was everything we could possibly need.
