We booked this apartment for my parents, to stay with us for a few days in Sofia, while we were already there. They were very satisfied with the apartment. They said they slept better than they do at home and that they would happily stay again here. Just to add, we arrived after the working hours of the personnel at the reception, but the instructions sent to us on how to receive the key card from the lock box were more than clear, thank you very much!

The apt was superb! Everything was made and arranged in high quality. Bed was comfortable. The hotel manager Lydia was a very communicative and nice person, she gave me late check-out until 3 pm due to my late flight. Very appreciate it.
