The personnel was always super nice and helpful 👌 They had to change my reservation a few times and I got a nice upgrade that I was able to keep for a couple of weeks. The facilities are very clean and the one bedroom is quite large and comfy. The location is rather convenient, near two tram stops and very close to the "Halles de Bacalan" which looks like a traditional covered market but in fact features many different food and drinks booths.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. Very friendly.

The room is big and have a beautiful view towards the river Garone. Within walking distance from restaurants. Bus stops close to the property that connects one to almost all of the attractions.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. A little far from central Bordeaux, but situated close enough to the river walk for a nice walk to the city. Dog friendly too. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean. We didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it seemed like to was stocked well enough.

Good size room with very kind staff. Nearby to restaurants and pubs. Young, quiet and safe area also for a woman's solo trip. A walk distance to the cité du vin which I recommend to visit and from there a lovely walk to the City centre. (There are also buses and trams).

Fantastic stay! Comfortable and very clean. The cleaning was done daily with fresh towels and trash taken out. The sheets were changed on the third day. Front desk team is very professional and friendly. I was welcomed with Abigail smile. Quiet location. The supermarket is right there for everything you need from excellent wine choices to fruits to vegetables to all you need for your stay. I felt at home during my stay. Great atmosphere and very home like. I highly recommend it. 😊

The hotel is brand new and very clean, situated in a 10 min walk to the railway station and 5 min from tram station. You have everything you need for a even a longer stay and the appartments are super spacious. The staff was lovely and super helpful!
