Excellent stay! Very pleasant welcome right at the entrance door. Alexandra and her colleague were friendly, smiling, and provided all the assistance we needed. The room itself was wonderful: a big, comfortable bed, great seating (sofa, table, and chairs), a nice, covered veranda, enjoyable shower!.. Regards. We will be back. :)

The staff were absolutely amazing! They all made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. And Anna's cocktails were delicious! The facilities were beautiful and we loved the lower pool/ views over Chania. Also it was never overcrowded which was just what we were looking for. It's deffinately a secret gem! Our room was also great, it had everything we needed and the TV had Netflix to sign into! The breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday, and super tasty. The food at the bar/ restaurant was also nice for the days we wanted to stay for lunch and we hope to return in the future. There is also trips available that reception helped us book. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple who's looking for a romantic, peaceful holiday away from the crowds at the port.

What a spectacular location! 50 metres from the harbour, and the roof terrace and some rooms have a view right over it. The interior decoration is done with great care. Reception and cleaners were around during the day and (I think) even into the evening. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast on the roof is a real treat, looking over that view. It feels like a boutique hotel. We were so happy to stay here. The garden suite has 2 separate rooms and a little kitchen area, plus an outdoor table in the courtyard, but it doesn't have a view.

It was clean big enough. The stuff, especially the front desk team was super nice and helpful. There is a big supermarket right next to the property. It takes only 8min to go to the beach. The city center is also within walking distance.

Location was fantastic! Excellent restaurants , cafe's and night life in the area and close to the old town, without being surrounded by all the tourist hotels. Very quiet in the suites, no problem with any street noise. The room looked like something in a beautiful castle from a fairytale . There was a fireplace, canopy bed and a claw foot Jacuzzi bathtub(heavenly after a long day!) Nina, the charming hostess of the property, checked me in and was very helpful with any questions I had.

Kale kapi exceeded our expectations (we honestly thought some reviews may have been fake before they were so positive). For the artemis loft, we had 2 people in the main bedroom, separated from the rest of the loft with a door and one person in the mezanine. Air conditioning in both rooms. Shared washing machine and dryer easily accessible and host very helpful with that. The place looks newly renovated to the point where the place actually looks better than the photos and we were amazed when we walked in. Large balcony with table to enjoy a lovely dinner on. Quiet area, good positioning to old town and just wonderful service from the host. Thanks for everything again, will recommend A++.

Cozy and modern place to stay in the best location of the old city. The neighborhood is scenic and the old harbor is 1 minute walking distance. The cleaning staff was exceptional and very polite!

Great location in the historical district. Historical charming building. But the best part was the nicest lady at the reception. She recommended the best restaurants and even made our reservations.

Very clean small rooms, we had a budget one and was a very good value of money. Great calm neighborhood, beautiful sandy beach is just 1 minute walk. Nea Hora paralia in 3 minute walk. You need to definitely taste food in the restaurant downstairs - NIkos is amazing cook and all we tried was amazing and unforgettable. Thanks a lot

Very nice room, great amenities, superb location and lovely staff. Dimitra at reception was very welcoming and helped us immensely during our stay with recommendations and providing us with towels, beach umbrellas etc. the location is close to the main old town area but also has a lot of free parking around it making it easy if you have a rental car.

Irene is an amazing host! She really does make you feel at home. We also asked for help with renting a car and she connected us with Dimitris, who was also an exceptional experience. We'd also like to commend the breakfast service and the impeccable room cleaning services. The location is 30 min of walking from the city center. But since the best things to visit are by car anyway, it's actually better like this because you can easily find places to freely park your car unlike in the city center. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Chania with friends, family or their significant other.

Everythig was as clean, nice, as in the pictures. We had housekeeping services included during our stay ( 7 nights), twice. For anything we needed we had Anna, who helped us, she was easy to reach, more than happy to help. A big plus for the parking spot included. It’s a back parking spot, secure, dedicated to the guests of Spring Apartments.

Large Studio with abreviated kitchen

This hotel was incredible. We had the most amazing stay, and my partner and I agree it made our whole trip the chania the best trip we have ever taken! Our room was so lovely, and we could hear the waves outside at night with the door cracked. The beds were so comfy, facilities were very new and well taken care of. The staff were INCREDIBLE, they helped us book an excursion to a monastery, and gave us a welcome drink when we arrived. Waking up to the sea view was so relaxing- we will definitely be back !!
