Rooms, Condtions were perfect. A specially swimming pool was excellent.

The hotel is very cosy with great sea / garden / pool view. The room has enough space and the bathroom is at good condition. Very close to center of Molyvos, but far enough to stay silent. The pool is big enough, our kids enjoyed too much.

Good size apartments for a family of four. The breakfast was excellent, served on the outdoor deck by the pool with wi derail views of the Molivos castle and surrounding hills. Furthermore, the property was very quiet despite of how close to Molivos town it’s located. Last but not least, all staff were simply awesome, friendly, willing to take care of any guest requests.

Place is run by family. Olga and Lefter are very friendly and they make you feel at home all the time. They are very nice and always open to help you. I stayed in a well furnished villa on top of a hill, which has a perfect sea view. Always chilly and warm. Great place to stay for quiet and restful holidays.

For those who have to choose between 2 twin beds vs a sofa bed: if you pick sofa-bed, you will get the room with 2 twin beds AND a sofa bed. The location is just before the entrance of Molyvos pedestrian road. There is a free large parking space right in across the apartments and you can easily walk to the apartments from there (no cobblestone roads or hills). We didn't see the staff - they text you via booking which room you will be staying in, and simply provide the key on the lock for you. For me, this simple transaction was far easier. We were in room 14: the one you see on the ground floor of apartments compound. It had a cozy space to sit and hang, which we did every single afternoon waiting for our hair to dry in the sun hitting the sitting area. Overall, superb experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the quiet location, the large and comfy room, the gorgeous pool area and the beautiful breakfast served every day. The best part of all was the lovely folks that run this hotel. The owners made me feel so welcomed and they take excellent care of the guests. Thank you Rene and family! I also really liked the friendliness of the other guests too. As a solo traveler I felt very safe at this hotel.

All the rooms are recently renovated, very clean, and have everything we need inside. The owner Dimitra is especially helpful — she’s very positive and truly wonderful. I think the location is also great — it’s very close to Petra and Molyvos by car. The energy of the place is beautiful and uplifting. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing time staying here! The rooms were big, beds were comfy, everything was super clean! It's a quiet area but very close to the town center (5 minute walk to the beach, to the shops, bakeries, bars etc.). We also really enjoyed the pool area! Maria is a wonderful host and makes a lovely pomegranate brandy :) We loved Lesvos in general and are hoping to come back soon, if we do we will definitely be staying here again!

The location was great, only 5 minute walk into the centre of Petra, it was quiet, clean and owners were very friendly and to top it off the pool was lovely. And good parking for the car. Would definitely stay here again

Everything in the room was new and neat. There are parking lots inside the property. Comfortable bathroom with powerful hair dryer and high quality shower gel&shampoo. 10 minute walk from Petra cafes/rocky church. The room is perfect for 1-2 people.

Phenomenal nothing to say the best in Petras and Anaxos

It was a family owned place. The owners are pretty nice, always smiley. Nice location. Good food!

Lovely place, quiet, comfortable and very clean rooms just 5 to 7 mins from the beach. Mrs Maria was an amazing host, treated us like very close friends.
