Serviced apartments in Mytilene

We stayed for two nights. The room size was adequate. The staff were attentive and polite. The sheets were clean, but the room could have been cleaner overall.

Really loved it here! Was welcomed by the owner who was so kind! Showed us round his garden to see all his fruits growing! Room was modern, spacious, very clean!!! Aircon worked a treat. Very close to the airport which was exactly what we needed! Would 100% recommend!

The reception was very warm and friendly. We were greeted with a plate of Easter cookies and shown to our room.

This hotel is a wonderful family-run place, managed by a lovely husband and wife. They are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. Throughout our stay, they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and at home. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and you can really see the care and attention they put into every detail. As an architect, I also have to say that I was truly impressed by the design of the hotel. It has been thoughtfully designed, and the quality of the materials and finishes is outstanding. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay.

Apartment modern and so clean. Good size bedroom, modern, comfortable with bonus tv plus another one in living room. Owner Dimitri very friendly, helpful, communicated promptly via WhatsApp always asking if we needed anything. Made us feel like family. Dimitri provided so many thoughtful extras in kitchen that made our stay feel more like a home, eg frother, coffee machine, pods, toaster, jams, water and other kitchen equipment. Bathroom was very clean and great shower pressure. Washing machine and laundry pods provided. So many thoughtful extras comb, sanitory pads, basic first aid supplies and so much more. Courtyard large with outdoor furniture. Close to shops and restaurants only a short walk. Highly recommend Up and Down apartments and would definitely be back when in mitilini. Thank you

Lovely place, quiet, comfortable and very clean rooms just 5 to 7 mins from the beach. Mrs Maria was an amazing host, treated us like very close friends.

Before all, the owner is the kindest and sweetest person on earth! He will be happy if you are happy, also all of his family they are so welcoming and will definitely help you with your needs. Exceptional location with beautiful view and best sea in the island. Its a very calm and relaxing place, also as it is right in the middle of the island you will be close to every town.
