The location is unbeatable, there's an ample shared pool area and views from (any) balcony are lovely. Kournas lake is a 15-20 minutes walk away, with warm water and paddle rides. Apparently it's forbidden to swim in the lake (there was one old sign overgrown by the trees), but not many people worry about that. The staff are super nice, with little English. Restaurant tip: 10 minutes walk in the direction towards Gergioupolis there's a fruit cafe that has.no fixed menu, but the lovely lady shows you all food available for the day ready and waiting in containers. It was very tasty and reasonably priced.

Really nice stay. The room was clean and comfy, and the location worked great for us. The host was super friendly and everything went easy. Would definitely recommend!

Welcoming hosts, clean, tidy, fantastic shower, nice pool, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Good taxi service and transport links. Owners on site and it feels very secure. Clean towels, bedding changed daily. Complimentary shampoos, soaps and shower gel very nice. LOVELY PLACE AND LOVELY OWNERS

Lovely little spot. Fantastic location if you have horse riding in the morning (Zoraida's Horse Riding) and about a 40 minute breathtakingly beautiful drive to Imbros. Owners are lovely and totally accommodated me when i messed my booking up.

The room was truly impressive, offering ample space and super clean, spotless environment. The bathroom was exceptionally well-maintained and spacious, contributing to a comfortable experience. The staff members exhibited remarkable politeness and friendliness throughout the stay. Overall, the experience was highly positive, reflecting a dedication to customer satisfaction. The rating of 10/10 perfectly captures the exceptional quality.

Loved the stunning balcony view of the mountains and the sea! STUNNING! It looks way better in person! The room was really spacious and clean, the pool was nice and cool on such a hot day :) thank you to Richard and his lovely mother for a warm welcome! We really enjoyed our stay, and the evenings in the balcony just having snacks or a glass of wine after a long day. Such a nice time! Thank you!
