I love the location of this property because of its direct connection to the airport. There is Mega Don Quijote in walking distance of thr property and multiple convenience stores nearby. The room was excellent and there was a clear book with guides on how to use some of the home equipment. The noise from the train is negligible. It didn’t bother us at all. I also liked the separate bath and toilet. I will recommend my friends to try this hotel and I would like to return and use this hotel again in the future. The only thing missing was a rice cooker but there are microwavable rice from nearby stores so it’s fine. 5/5

Everything, from the reception to the checkout. A special thanks to Katarina (I hope I spell the name correctly), who welcomed us and explained everything in details, and assisted us very well with the shipping of our luggage back to Tokyo. The room is comfortable, and the property offers free drinks and many board games to borrow, our kids loved it. The location is perfect for a first time visit to Osaka, being at the crossroads of Namba, Dotonbori and Shin-Sekai. The Osaka-Namba station is at around 10 minutes walk, so plan for some travel time to reach Kyoto or Nara.

Great property. While the location is a short walk from the main centre, it is still a wonderful place to stay. I had a fantastic experience, with many lovely restaurants nearby and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which made the stay even more convenient. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally kind, understanding, and welcoming. As a solo traveller, I truly appreciated how caring and attentive they were to my needs. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Osaka!

Everything is good It’s close to station, and it’s convenient

Very spacious and clean. The room is great for a family. It has kitchen and if you are not fond of Japanese food you can cook your own food. Too good for the price you pay for the room. Great location and very smooth checkin checkout process. This is going to be my first choice of stay next time I visit Osaka.

probably the best place with this price to be around in umeda.The place was clean, bigger than most of the hotel rooms in japan,and everything you need was there and the best part it felt like home. will definitely repeat for the next time.

The property was clean and looks the same with the pictures. I also loke that the room was fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, microwave, water heater, etc.). You can also easily communicate with the staff through chat.

The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, it’swas close to attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around.

The boutique-style hotel had a very modern look to it, which I enjoyed. It integrated cool art pieces that gave it a hip vibe. It was conveniently located near stores and the train station.

Everything is perfect about this hotel!! The location, the staff, the rooms 👌 I’m a very happy costumer! and it will be my choice when I come back to Osaka.

Very big and spacious apartment had washing machine which was great considering we needed to was our clothes. The host was great always ready to answer our questions. And there is a subway station two blocks away so that I amazing

Location of this condo is good, very nearby to train station and just walking distance to Kurumon Market and even the Dotonbori Street. So happened that we were using the luggage transfer service from Tokyo to Osaka, the Yamato collection point is just walking distance too, super convenient for us!

The room is spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. It is clean, well-equipped and comfy! There are portable plugs in the bed, bathroom is wide and techy. The self check-in process is also easy. They have a common area for free water, coffee & tea. They have vending machine as well. You can also leave your luggage there with a self service padlock. Location is 10-15mins walk to the metro, very near shinsekai tower which is a tourist spot itself. Convenience stores are around the stations as well. Just a station away from Namba and the main area. Well worth it for money!

It was great to be able to use a washing machine in our room and not have to go to a coin laundry. Clean and comfortable room, largest we stayed in during our time in Japan. No staff on site but there are some lockers in the reception area you can use to store your luggage. A quiet spot but a short walk to multiple different train stations/lines as well as Shinsekai and Ebisu.

large room for japanese standards. having a washing machine was awesome and we found the location perfect. we had two bookings in this place with a couple of days in between during which they kept our bags and put them in our new room when we returned. very responsive and helpful staff even though there is no front desk.
