Easy check in even though we arrived at 2am in the morning

We loved the neighborhood. It’s very clean and safe loved walking through the streets at night. The staff responded very quickly and were very kind.

The hotel was near to busta shinjuku where we base most of our trips. The fascade was also very unique & artsy.

Really great place. But it is quite expensive for a tiny little room. Still worth it. Didn’t see any staff ever at this place

The room and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the bathroom and the very simple but very practical kitchen for late night noodles.

I love how convenient this hotel is to get to subway and bus stations, it’s also really close to attractions and grocery stores. I will pick this hotel if I revisit Japan

Its location, near to subway and JR stations. Lots of food places nearby. Near convenience stores and supermarkets. It’s clean, good value for money as this is a walk-up apartment. It had sufficient utensils to make a simple meal.

It was great! Around the corner of a metro station, quiet neighborhood, with everything you may need and with an extremely complete guide regarding the apartment as well as the neighborhood in general, so you can identify easily where are the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

The location was amazing! The bedrooms were lovely and the whole apartment was clean and smelled great. The water heater had a little bit of a quirk, but the owner was amazing and quick with any assistance we needed. I knew that it was a 4th floor walk-up when I booked it so the stairs were not a surprise for me. Overall I think this apartment was absolutely amazing. Not a spider or cockroach in sight LOL. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, the place was super clean and quiet, and Ryu was very helpful each and every time, arigato gozaimasu Ryu! 🙏🏻

It's comfortable for a family. We stayed there for about 10 days and so with washing machine and microwave were very helpful. The location is also very convenient with supermarket, 7-11 and many restaurants. It's also very near to Keikyu kamata station and also within walking distance to JR Kamata station. There is also a playground in front with slide and swings and a small pond where children play in it. The staff are also very helpful and responded to our messages promptly. They also helped to store our luggages after we checked out.

Quiet area if you’re looking for some peace. Laundry room downstairs free of use, easy to access with the instructions provided and the apartment was great!!! Nearest station is 15 min walk away, but if you dont mind walking it’s not that bad.

It’s exactly like the pictures, the location is great, the host answer all of our doubts immediately, easy to get to the train station, a lot of food places near

The hotel has complete facilities, is close to convenience stores, and is located in a quiet area. It's perfect for relaxing, but don't worry, you're just a 5-minute walk to the city center.

Nice staffs, they are very accommodative and helpful. I had to received packages during my stay and everything is safe.
