‏We arrived at Apartamenty XYZ eXtreme You Zen in Szczyrk, a lovely ski Town in Poland. ‏The hotel is wonderful: the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the view is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. ‏After one night at the hotel, we learned that due to weather conditions there was no snow, and therefore our skiing plans could not take place. ‏The staff showed exceptional understanding and agreed to cancel our reservation and the planned services — at no cost — out of genuine consideration for the situation. This kind, fair, and professional attitude is not something to be taken for granted and left a deep impression on us. ‏We would especially like to mention Amelia Grzybowska, who was lovely, courteous, and highly service-oriented, and helped us greatly in handling everything. ‏There is no doubt that this is a high-standard hotel with excellent service. We would be very happy to return in the future, hopefully to experience the place again — this time with snow 🙂 ‏Highly recommended.

Great stay - the room was well prepared, clean with all the amenities needed. Moreover - it has beautiful panoramic view, including deer outside the window. The property has own parking onsite, elevator and ski room.

Best hotel experience in my 45 years. All the receptionist ladies were kind, helpful and smiling all the time. The hotel looks unreal, surrounded by nature and the architect is one of a kind. The chef made amazing meals, we had 6 different dinners and all were super tasty. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome too. We met with deer and fox around the hotel that made our stay more special. I would give 11 scores but 10 was the maximum. Can't wait to return and enjoy the hospitality again. The pool and jacuzzi area are also clean, mould free and super relaxing. The hotel is very nice, have its own parking (the are almost no space to park your car outside, just on street) and ski rent. The room was clean and have everything for stay even in a long term The location is brilliant. 5 minutes by car is ski resort. And next to the hotel you have supermarket, coffeeshop and 2 very tasty restaurants and it is in 5 few minutes of walking I definitely recommend to pick exactly this hotel and will come back here next year

The location is perfect, super close to the chairlift. The apartment came with a parking in a garage where you can store skis which is a huge plus. Everything needed was provided.

The rooms were very clean and the staff would respond in minutes when ever I had questions!

1) Location, location, location! The gondola lift is across the street, the bus station - a couple of meters away. 2) Friendly and helpful staff. 3) Clean and nice apartment. 4) Bike rent in the same building.
