The hotel was clean and fresh. The food was high quality; one day we even had seafood with very good shrimp. A great plus is that the large playroom and the aquapark are included in the price. The aquapark is not big, but that’s actually a good thing - there aren’t many people there. The sauna ceremonies are also a great plus. There was a ski rent service on the spot. Unfortunately, we noticed that late. Seems worse to go there. The equipment looked completely new.

The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.

Amazing little town, very accessible from Katowice and...

Amazing little town, very accessible from Katowice and Krakow for a quick visit. Only an hour highway drive. Skiing available for all levels. Less busy and more affordable than other resorts in Poland and fraction of the costs of Austria and France. Will definitely be back to ski in Szczyrk again.

A wonderful property in a nice, quiet setting near hiking trails. Our balcony was fabulous - small, but big enough for the table & chairs. We enjoyed picnic dinners on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The nearby town has grocery stores, ice cream shops, & a bakery.

Really friendly and helpful staff at the ski resort and a good selection of restaurants. Also very reasonably priced. Unfortunately a good number of the ski slopes were closed for no apparent reason meaning that skiing the same slopes became monotonous and meant that everyone was queuing for the same lifts so, long queues. The free ski bus is great but if you are in accommodation on the outskirts of Szczyrk the only way to get to the slopes is by car.

Great family friendly place with a lot of amenities for the little ones and the bigger ones. Not as packed with people like other places which I prefer. You ain't waiting in miles just to get somewhere. Great local people, very friendly and helpful. Lovely nature to enjoy and trekking routes. Prices I would say were normal not ballooned like in more popular cities.

Great remote place.

Great remote place. We stayed in a nicely reconstructed old house which was excellently equipped with everything we needed (in the kitchen etc.) The host and the housekeeper were very helpful. We were biking in the bike park, and the trails (or ski slopes) were just two minutes from the house. Just be very careful while driving from the main road to the house - the forest road is very bumpy, and it is easy to hit the undercarriage of the car if it is lower.

It is traffic jump to go to ski lifts in the morning and back to town in the evening. It took us to drive 8 km 30 min in the morning and 1h 20 min to drive back in the evening. We stayed between Christmas & New Year. It was a lot of people. Huge queues near the lifts: we should wait almost 20 min each time to enter the lift. Just 1 apre-ski restaurant which is crowded on lunch: first of all you should search for empty table (almost impossible to find), then wait for 40 min in queue to order the food (not tasty), then wait for 30 min your food is prepared. Terrible

Beautiful, modern apartment with stunning mountain views and a great location near Szczyrk’s main attractions.
