Great location. The staff were very professional. The breakfast catered to diverse tastes. The room was extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout our stay, from the kind personal note in the room, to the fresh pastry awaiting us...can't say enough positive things about our stay. Amazing location, only a few hundred meters or so from the centre of the old town, and not much further than that from the main train and bus station. The hotel's styling was great. The bed and bathroom were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel! They changed the hours of the pool until 9PM and on weekends until 10PM, this was a big plus. Each room has a streammer you can connect your phone / laptop to, staff was very good and the restaurant / bar below was great!

Kraków is very, very clean and I felt safe everywhere even late at night. We loved the water sprayers on some squares. The city and surroundings are so full of interesting things to see and do that we didn't have enough time for everything. In the city we walked everywhere, very easy to get to all the main locations. In the area we used train, also very easy and fast. Don't miss Wieliczka salt mine, Auschwitz and Energylandia.

Super clean and full of life. Dog loving town.

Super clean and full of life. Dog loving town. Loads to do with kids and dogs are welcome everywhere. There is this man made lake where dogs are allowed, perfect to deal with heatwave we experienced. Super chilled, packed with lovely people and loads of lovely tourists. WE will be back next year :)

So much to see and do in this beautiful city.

So much to see and do in this beautiful city. The place is so clean, no litter anywhere, plenty places to sit for a coffee and pastry. Loved the tram system so easy to get anywhere. 25 zloty for a 24 hour ticket (thats about a fiver). You will find lovely wee cafes and bars off the main square.

There is nothing to dislike about Krakow.

There is nothing to dislike about Krakow. It is a beautiful city that history buffs and party animals can enjoy. Lots of lovely eating and drinking places but check the main square restaurant reviews carefully as we were scammed and overcharged at one.

The Cartowsky and the Wavel museum is extremely beautiful. Different coulinars of nations (polish, indian, georgian, gruz) from cheap to moderate price. Polite restaurant staffs, good food, easy travel around and inside by car, buses, trams, nice city.

Hotel is lovely, very clean and great location. Was quiet at night. If you turn right out of hotel you will find old town and a large shopping centre which is open until 10pm. Room is small but has everything you need. Plenty on offer for breakfast which is available until 10.30 each morning. Turn left and you will walk to Jewish quarter in 15/20 mins. Would recommend to anyone staying in Krakow.

The location was nice near the beautiful river. However, have to walk 10-15 minutes to the bus stop. Surprisingly time from the hotel to the main square (city centre) by walk or by bus was comparable. So the location is not too bad. The room was well cleaned. Breakfast is good for the price. Could be better if given more options/items in breakfast. Breakfast is enough though.

absolutely lovely hotel, and in a fantastic location. less than 10 minutes walk to the old town main square and lots of bakeries and restaurants in the neighbourhood. bed was so comfortable, especially the pillows. staff were so welcoming and friendly, and there are lots of facilities available on request. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Krakow
