Everything was excellent 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very good service from the reception, spa staff, breakfast and room service. Everything is so very well arranged with high quality.

Suite with extra bed worked wonderfully for our family of 4. Location is excellent!! Right on the main train station and very close to old town. Bathtub was a plus. Hotel staff are friendly, breakfast has everything you could want.

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.

Just awesome, I was surprised that it is officially a three-star hotel. It is brand new and really nice!

The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and the mall, another 5-minute walk to the old town. The hotel was surrounded with parks, restaurants, and markets nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the internet was reliably strong. A perfect base for exploring the area!

We liked the general aestethic of the hotel. Its clean, pretty and brings you closer to a home than a minimalist hotel. Right off the bat, Justyna from the reception started us off with a smooth check in process and a warm welcome (she is great). We arrived in the room, it was clean, included waters - and generally is in a perfect place in Krakow. The value of this hotel exceeds beyond all expectations for price. Fantastic location in the middle of Stare Miasto. Beautiful building and rooms. The whole family loved it. The staff were nice and very helpful.
