Location is very good. It is very near to the shopping center. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic! Very very good quality.

Newly renovated room with truly 5 star accommodation. Breakfast has lots of options and the eggs omelette is superb. Location is great and all staff were hospitable. Room cleaning is top notch every day.

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.

Amazing location, only a few hundred meters or so from the centre of the old town, and not much further than that from the main train and bus station. The hotel's styling was great. The bed and bathroom were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast exceptional. Just place the fried eggs in a bigger dish and not on top of each other. Place a sign in the room indicating to leave the 'Clean my room' card hanged if you need room cleaning. Otherwise people will not notice that you only clean rooms if the card is hanged outside.

The location is just perfect at the entrance of the old town where most tours gather. The architecture and rooms are unique, feel like in an old castle! Honestly one of the best hotels I've been to so far. The staff were excellent (not very common in Poland)!

Excellent location close to the train station - I had limited mobility due to a cast, and this allowed me to catch my train. The room was impeccable, and the staff was very helpful with extending my stay by a day. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very tasteful, fresh, and plentiful. The location was perfect - in the heart of the city with all the main attractions close by. The hotel was magnificent and very clean. The personnel was always very helpful and kind.
