Best hotel that I ever stayed in, just excellent…

Stayed just for one night and it was perfect. I can't really review spa and pool, but otherwise, everything was great. Staff is really kind and professional. What I really appreciated was the vegan options during breakfast. Lots of vegetable, fruit, vegan cheese, lots of different spreads.

Very clean and I was allowed to have a late checkout at an extra cost of 70 zł. Overall very good value for money. I felt very good during my stay there.

There was a roof over my head, there were doors and a bad.

Very nice modern hotel with comfortable and clean bedrooms. Fantastic breakfast with big selection of everything. close to hotel is Water Park and big Shopping Centre.

All the questions that appeared, even if they weren't associated with the hotel, were answered by the staff. It was 700m away from Tauron arena, so it was a perfect stay for an event I was attending there. The breakfast in the cafeteria was really good. The hotel itself is easily orientated. My room was quite big for the price and it was stacked with appliances (mobile radiator, kettle, etc.).

The breakfast spread was really nice, each day new water in the room, clean rooms, lots of parking, nice, remote location but still close to the city.

The room was big and we had plenty of space for the four of us. We had two toilets which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids each evening of our stay.

Great location right next to Ronald Reagan square. Staff had a parking space for us reserved right outside the front door.

Kind and attentive staff, huge breakfast buffet with quality food, and a clean and spacious room with good access to the city centre.

We came with 3 kids, so one staying for free. (5people). Family apartment was a good choice

Very clean throughout the property. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning*. Breakfast in particular was excellent and they now have an automatic espresso machine. It isn’t included with the rate unless you book the one with breakfast included. Staff spoke good English at least the one I mainly interacted with.

I really enjoyed everything, from the room, the hotel's location and all the way to the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast had plenty of options of all kinds and even on a 5 day trip you could still diversify your breakfast enough such that you don't get bored. Would happily stay here again when back in Krakow
