I have stayed in this hotel with my husband and son, and we like it. Great location and very clean room.

room was small but work for a simple place to relax and sleep while I explored Krakow. Breakfast had lots of wonderful food. Staff couldn't have been more friendly.

The staff was friendly, and helpfull. Hotel including our room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and curtains blocked light. Brekfast buffet did not have the videst variety, but was plentiful and fresh, with on request cooked options. The location is good to go sightseeing.

We liked the general aestethic of the hotel. Its clean, pretty and brings you closer to a home than a minimalist hotel. Right off the bat, Justyna from the reception started us off with a smooth check in process and a warm welcome (she is great). We arrived in the room, it was clean, included waters - and generally is in a perfect place in Krakow. The value of this hotel exceeds beyond all expectations for price. Location was perfect for old town.

Very good service, the rooms are nice and clean. The view was not so great, try to ask for a view of the street/park if possible. Nice breakfast with good coffee and helpful staff. Great location - right next to the Wawel and main tourist attractions.

Location is ideal near center of old Krakow and all the attractions. Triple room was ideal for three adults. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Room has A/C and heat. Room was large, more like a small apartment. The building is historic (1700s) but updated with modern amenities. Very classy.
