The staff went out and above to make sure you enjoyed your stay. They were really nice and helpful, and everyone spoke English as well. They had parking, comfortable beds, good breakfast, a restaurant that is open until 22 (10 pm.).
We can truly only have highlights. We asked for a gluten free breakfast, and they remembered this even when we ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant.
The location is easy to approach.

A superb hotel! The room was very clean, quiet, large, with everything you need for a great stay! The breakfast was very delicious and abundant in dishes. Close to the central area. Everything that is written in the description is there. It was an excellent stay. The room was quiet, clean, equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle, bathroom with shower, etc. The room and bathroom are equipped with everything you need.

Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet.
I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.
