First of all, I would like to start off by saying that this property is the best place to stay in Prague. It is the cleanest, affordable, and the most comfortable place that we’ve stayed in, in our 3 week trip around Europe. When we arrived, a receptionist greeted us immediately, gave us a tour around the place, followed us to our rooms and gave friendly reminders about the place and what prague had to offer. She was a kind and helping receptionist, who attended to our needs when we needed her. Everything worked, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean and everything provided for us, such as the toiletries, utensils and plates as well as materials needed to wash our clothes. The place we stayed in followed the pictures were that provided. This apartment complex was near all the places that we needed to get to and it’s also near a lot of restaurants and shops so that we can purchase our needs.

FAQs about hotels in Prague

Discover the Magic of Prague

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully, the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale facade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

Flights arriving at Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city center after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.

What Guests Said About Prague:

Prague is a wonderful city with many hidden treasures.

Prague is a wonderful city with many hidden treasures. From the Jewish Quarter (try a trdelnik with nutella and vanilla ice cream from Trdelnik&Coffee-kosher Trdelnik and you won't regret it) to the Vysehrad Fortress, from the TV Tower to the Petrin Tower, from Prague Castle to the Old Town, you will find interesting places, beautiful buildings and enchanting panoramas. We recommend boating on the Vltava from Charles Bridge to Kampa Island, climbing the towers to see the city from different angles, going down to the Vltava bank in Cihelna Park to feed the otters, visiting the Vysehrad fortress with the church of St. Peter and Paul and the cemetery next to it, and on the way down from the fortress stop at the Pod Vysehradem restaurant for a meal. Go to the John Lennon wall and from there discover the old goblin mill next to the Velkovrevorsky Mlyn restaurant. You will love Prague, it was not called the mother of cities for nothing 🙂

Prague is such a beautiful city - but very touristy.

Prague is such a beautiful city - but very touristy. It’s lovely to come to see - but then I would get out 😊 We really enjoyed taking the tram to the castle in the evening hours and walking down. Also the zoo and the army museum were great experiences. We had great burgers at Bufet in Karlin, but other than that we never managed to find any great food. It was OK - but nothing more that that. And the czezch people seem to be tired of toruists - or just not very friendly. We never met any friendly or service minded people. It is, however, very easy and cheap to get around with public public transportation.

It was a very interesting city with some unusual sculptures and the National museum was extremely well set out with very informative explanation in English too.It is sometimes difficult to find places as everything is written in Chech which of course is absolutely to be expected, but maybe some English might help as it is a language that a lot of people understand even if not from the UK.The transport system is extremely good.

I lived in Prague to teach English in 1995-1996 and 2001-2002. This city changed my life, grew me as a human being, and helped shape the person I am today. Prague and the Czech Republic will always be a home away from home for me. I love her, her people, her food, and her sites. The whole country is well worth a trip to savor all she has to offer.

This is a beautiful old property. Located between the Charles bridge and old town square, both are a few minutes away. We had a suite, it was gorgeous with an original painted ceiling. Lift access to all floors. This is an internet hotel, so no reception service and you get a code for the door which also operates your room key. Outside there are bars, shops, ATM’s and all you need. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a couple of issues.
