The fine print
The hotel will be undergoing public space maintenance works from June 11 to August 25, 2026. Scaffolding will be installed within the hotel’s inner façade (atrium area), from the 1st floor up to and including the 7th floor, and will be covered with mesh banners to minimize visual impact. During daytime, an increased level of noise may be expected. The hotel’s operations and all services remain unaffected.
Rooms with atrium-facing views will have scaffolding that may reduce natural light, and no upgrades or room changes are available for this room type. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Children under 18 years of age stay free of charge when using extra beds. Please note that extra beds are not available in all room categories. Wi-Fi access is available in guest rooms; complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for Hilton Honors members, while non-members may be subject to a surcharge. Rates are quoted in EUR; however, all charges will be settled in CZK at the front desk. For all prepaid bookings, guests are required to provide a credit card for pre-authorization, and the original credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. In the event of early departure prior to the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee. LivingWell Health Club offers a range of fitness and wellness facilities. Gym access is complimentary for all guests. For reservations made as of 2 February 2026 (inclusive), guests may also enjoy access to the swimming pool, steam room, and sauna for 200 CZK per person per entry (maximum 4 hours, VAT included). Children under 12 years of age (up to 11.99 years) may enter free of charge; guests aged 12 and above are charged. Access to the LivingWell Health Club is complimentary for Hilton Honors Diamond members. Please note that the swimming pool features Adults-Only (16+) hours from Monday to Friday between 6:00 am–9:00 am and 8:00 pm–10:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays between 7:00 am–9:00 am and 8:00 pm–10:00 pm.
