Extremely clean and excellent location. Very close to public transport and the restaurant downstairs serves good food. We arrived late with a hungry child, and when we called earlier, we had hot food ready. The home was very comfortable and all the facilities were very good. Highly recommend.

Staffs are friendly, breakfast is delicious, the luggage storage service is superb and save us lots of hassles. Rooms is clean and spacious. Nice to have a bathtub and a retractable clothesline in the bathroom.
Choose this again because I really like the location. It's not far from the tram, subway and the Florenc bus station. And you can find a supermarket (Albert) near by.

The room design was really cool, the lights control took some time to get used to but it was ok after the first day. The room temperature was perfect while the bed was super comfy.
Also the room was very spacious which is something really nice.
The breakfast was quite complete, I did not book it in advance, just paid on the go, and had it twice since the offer was very complete and mostly, tasty.
Overall it was a good experience, never had a hard time with the staff, they were super friendly, and... there's 24 hour pizza available (yes xD)
Location wise, it's in Karlin (Prague 8), it's not super close to downtown but not super far away, (it's a 5 min trip by Uber and 15 by tram approx), the neighbourhood is calm, and mostly surrounded by offices so there's no nightlife to disturb you if what you need is a good rest after a long day.
There are several restaurants around that can cover the food offer if you don't plan to stay at the hotel for dinner or lunch.

Location was excellent, we were at a conference in the Hilton and could walk there in 90seconds. To get to the sites in town was a comfortable walking distance but there were also numerous train options and rentable e scooters nearby. Staff were excellent and friendly, hotel was exceptionally clean and a reasonable price.

The restaurant was cute and delicious. I wish I had ordered the pasta cooked in the parmesan cheese wheel. I had a burger and although it tasted great, it was a little under cooked to my liking.
The parking was very easy and I drive a larger, three row SUV

It was really close to the Corso building where we have office, breakfast was nice, in overall the hotel is very nice and with friendly staff. I took the comfort room in the top floor, and it was very cozy.
When we arrived, there was a celebration in full swing, and the lady at the front desk was very thoughtful. She gave us a room away from all the noise so we could get a good night of sleep, thank you! The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable.
We also tried their restaurant, and the food was excellent. The staff were attentive and professional! Breakfast was also great. We were really pleased with the quality of service here. If we need to stay in the area again, we’ll be back!

I booked a standard double room to stay over night not far from the Forum Karlín (I was attending a concert there). But I got quite a treat from the hotel: my room was upgraded to a double room with SPA & sauna. And , though, I did not have time & company to enjoy the sauna, I couldn't resist not to relax in a tub with bubbles ;). The room was large, clean, and relatively quiet. The staff was very polite. They also serve a good continental breakfast. The hotel is with walking distance from the bus terminal Florence and Prague main train station.

Breakfast was excellent! Great coffee, yogurt, watermelon, various breads & butter or jam, meats and cheeses.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.
There's a little store on the corner on the way to public transportation open 0600-2300 where one may buy drinks and snacks before or after a day of sightseeing.
Two nearby restaurants - Vietnamese and falafel - both with good food and reasonable prices.
