Very large room and a comfy large bed! Furniture maybe a bit dated but we were mostly on the move in the city so it didn't bother much. Special offer with free parking in the garage was great! Parking garage is quite small tho. Location is excellent to visit all highlights by food. Great food options all around the place.

The hotel was perfectly located in Prague and very close to old town and prague castle. The amenities were really luxurious from the room to the extra facilities such as the gym and restaurants. The hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful making the stay even better. Would definitely stay at Fairmont only whenever I get the chance going forward.

Very friendly staff, complimentary drinks, complimentary bottle of wine, free sauna, parking. Clean rooms, cozy bed, everything was just perfect.

The room was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very polite and super helpful with everything we needed. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Everything is perfect. Location is easily accessible by public transportation, staff is very friendly and supportive especially Diana at the reception.

The room was simple but really spacious, was clean and warm (as we visited in December). The location is just a couple of train stations from the old city.

Is not too far form city center which you can go to the city center buy on tram , People are so helpful in the reception,

Great hotel. One feels cared for despite the size of the hotel. Very friendly staff members. Fitness is one of the best hotell fitnesses I have come across so far. Great location 2 minutes near a metro station that brings you to the Carl's Bridge station within minutes. For sure a hotel I will return to if I ever revisit Prague

Everything was super clean. Came with a whole kitchen: fridge, oven, kettle, dishes, cups, utensils, and even laid out some tea for us. The shower was separate from the toilet. Accommodated our request for extra beds very generously. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the bus station that can take you right into the center.

The room was huge if simple, the bathroom sparkling clean, the staff pleasant and the breakfast nice. I was satisfied with my visit. As the other reviewers mentioned, it is a bit of a walk from the reception to the room, but it wasn't a problem for me.

The hotel is authentic, as the old prague. Very polite staff, very clean and the location is great. They even made surprise for my B-day, hand written card together with champine ❤️
