We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. We especially loved how close it was to the subway station, which made getting around the city so convenient for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a fast check-in/out , friendly staff, clean room, I liked the activities for guests at the lobby/bar. It's 5mins walk from bus/tran station.

Breakfast was great and has variety. The cleanliness in the rooms was excellent and the complimentary amenities were appreciated.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy and they were cleaned every day. The breakfast was better than my expectation and I can also say the same about the dinner. The location was outside the city center, so no traffic-related problems, and the hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the metro station. You can get to the city center using metro in 10-15 minutes.

Staffs are friendly, breakfast is delicious, the luggage storage service is superb and save us lots of hassles. Rooms is clean and spacious. Nice to have a bathtub and a retractable clothesline in the bathroom. Choose this again because I really like the location. It's not far from the tram, subway and the Florenc bus station. And you can find a supermarket (Albert) near by.

Great hotel. One feels cared for despite the size of the hotel. Very friendly staff members. Fitness is one of the best hotell fitnesses I have come across so far. Great location 2 minutes near a metro station that brings you to the Carl's Bridge station within minutes. For sure a hotel I will return to if I ever revisit Prague

Everything. Old, big hotel with everything you need. Good breakfast, big, nice and clean rooms. Very close to the main railway station and the old town. Professional and helpful stuff. Highly recommended.

It is a modern hotel with new construction. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the sheets and carpets were clean. The sound proofing was perfect. Top star for breakfast, hot and cold. Amazing stay!

Everything about the property was pretty much exceptional for the price. The room size, comfort, cleaning, location, reception service, price all of these were great. Also shoutout to the people who helped in the reception Sasha and Khris.

It is a really nice hotel, you are just 20’ from downtown and the room was big,comfortable and clean

This hotel is beautiful, in the perfect location, and has a great breakfast. The staff are so helpful - in particular Alexandr and Anthony were so accommodating and friendly. We had a great stay at AXA and definitely will be returning

It was an amazing stay in the Kings court and will definitely come back later more. Every is great, the breakfast, lunch and the SPA with small pool.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the old town square and astronomical clock and even closer to the palladium mall(A large shopping mall with popular brands)

The staff is incredible. Peter is an amazing host. The restaurants were excellent and as a chef I don’t say that lightly. It’s just well done all the way around.

Everything is perfect. Location is easily accessible by public transportation, staff is very friendly and supportive especially Diana at the reception.

Near transportation and shopping Fitness center Room comfort

Hotel is very comfortable. Room is cozy and perfectly designed, it had everything we need. It was warm in the room (outside was -2). The staff is friendly, professional and there to meet your expectations. The location is perfect. Just little bit outside city center and noise but perfectly connected with bus and tram lines to every part of city (prox 20,30 min). Restaurants and coffee's are near the hotel.

Great breakfast and great location for getting everywhere

The decor was gorgeous and the gym was very nice and modern.

The location is perfect to visit the main touristic attractions since everything is within a walk distance. We asked for a baby crib when we booked and found one in our spacious room with a little cushion and linens (which is not always the case in other hotels). Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly and thoughtful.

The room design was really cool, the lights control took some time to get used to but it was ok after the first day. The room temperature was perfect while the bed was super comfy. Also the room was very spacious which is something really nice. The breakfast was quite complete, I did not book it in advance, just paid on the go, and had it twice since the offer was very complete and mostly, tasty. Overall it was a good experience, never had a hard time with the staff, they were super friendly, and... there's 24 hour pizza available (yes xD) Location wise, it's in Karlin (Prague 8), it's not super close to downtown but not super far away, (it's a 5 min trip by Uber and 15 by tram approx), the neighbourhood is calm, and mostly surrounded by offices so there's no nightlife to disturb you if what you need is a good rest after a long day. There are several restaurants around that can cover the food offer if you don't plan to stay at the hotel for dinner or lunch.

The facilities and location were excellent for the stay in Prage. Very courteous stall.
