Ula was absolutely terrific and made our stay truly unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth and professionalism stood out from the moment we arrived. She even allowed us to check out an hour later without us asking, simply because she wanted our stay to be exceptional a gesture that really showed her commitment to great service. Because of her, not only would I happily return, but I’d also look forward to visiting other LoftAir locations across Poland. Highly recommended.

The apartment was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need. It was spacious and the air con was very effective. The location is brilliant. We asked for a quiet room and got one.

Amazing and very helpful host. We had wonderful time in these apartments. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Bonus was a sauna we had in our apartment and a swimming pool with jacuzzi and another sauna 😍. Kitchen, bathroom had everything we needed. Location was also close enough from the attractions of Krakow. And Krakow Eye just on the doorstep! Thank you, lovely hosts, you welcomed us and made our stay very unforgettable.

The Gym and swimming pool on the site were a great bonus.

Location is great. Apartment was clean and spacious. All necessary things were there, even board games and chess. Nice pool and gym. Parking spot was great, but exit was a little challenging. All things considered I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

Super organised… clean and confy

Everything was good, but the breakfast was exceptionally. If you come here, you must have the breakfast included, it is very rich, and high quality food.

Key collection was easy, which was appreciated. However, the check-in time is now 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. I remember old times when places used to be a 24-hour stay, which was much more convenient. The new timing makes the stay feel noticeably less comfortable and less guest-friendly.

Very good and clean Room , amazing Breakfast, 24h free coffee , hot chocolate and other drinks and very friendly and helpful staff. It's a very good choice and I recommend for sure.

Our stay really exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't have been better just around the corner from the square. Our room overlooked a really nice and cozy garden patio so there was no noise from outside, but ear plugs were provided in case of need. Friday night early Saturday morning was very busy on that street so there actualy was noise. We left very early Saturday morning so don't know if its actually the weekends which are more noisy. The room was very clean and spacious with classical furniture. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation because of early tours we planned to take but one day we had the opportunity to have breakfast there and it was to our taste. Worth recommending!!!

Close to the station and in walking distance to centre, clean room and comfy beds. Access with code worked very well.

Excellent place to stay. Definitely a student living center, but provided some greatly appreciated amenities during our 6month backpacking trip. Would stay again.

Clean rooms, great staff, amazing location, parking

Wonderful apartment with shower and kitchen. Easy, comfortable pull down sofa bed. Next to train station for airport snd local transport. 5 minute walk from the old town market square.

I needed a peaceful and comfy space since next day I'd have to wake up at 3am to get to Zakopane early. This was the place, just about 5 - 10 minutes to the train station, everything was really close, coffee shops and restaurants, city center, etc. The bed was really comfy, staff were nice.

Very clean, quiet and very close to the train. I also enjoyed the convenience of having the hotel inside the same building as a salon, restaurant, convenience store and grocery store.

We had a great experience thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful host. When we had a misunderstanding with our booking, he went above and beyond to help us, even moving our things to a new room himself while we were away on a tour. The location is perfect, everything is clean and comfortable, and the service is truly exceptional. Highly recommended – thank you so much for making our stay in Kraków so smooth and memorable!

It's the best possible you can get considering it's price, clean room with lots of space, not too hot or cold.

Loved the fact that you could step out onto the Square and Christmas Market but that was the only thing worth staying there.

The apartment was in a wonderful location right on the main Square. It was very clean and very comfortable. Both the heat and the air conditioning worked very well. Many shops and grocery stores located nearby. Great communication with the owner as far as check-in. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for our trip.

Great location, spacious apartment with multiple beds and bathrooms. Loved the extra seating area and fully stocked kitchen, and being in the heart of Old Town. Definitely recommend staying here!
