Everything, very spacious and comfortable. Really nice staff and very clean. Would definitely go again.

Good value for money. The bungalow was spacious and light, with everything provided, including a long mirror, shower curtain and hair dryer (which are often forgotten)! Great to have a pool, too, and air conditioning as well as a fan as it was very hot sticky weather. The location is very quiet, despite being only a brief walk to the main street and the beach. Jeff is good hearted and attentive, beneath his bluff Aussie exterior.

Clean, quiet and a delightful view of the bay. The staff were exceptional and friendly. We would stay here again as there was a group of 8 people and it suited us perfectly.

Clean, spacious suites, free access to the lovely Luuma Spa next door, and just steps from Paper Moon restaurant. Add in the serenity, proximity to Lamai’s best spots, and Miko’s exceptional hospitality, highly recommended for a stress-free Koh Samui getaway.

Everything was super good! Clean, comfortable, super easy to check in and checkout, friendly staff, great facilities, etc. 100% recommended!

Extreme value for money if you want to save money on meals as it's one of few places with a functional kitchen. It's also fairly central (short walk to beach) yet close to more non-touristy streets with cheap local street food. I've lived in room 14 which was very quiet with a pool view and partial seaview, and room 16 with more street noise but a wonderful view of the back city with the green hills in the background. Both balconies are spacious with comfy chairs and a portable fan. Showers worked well and AC was cool and not noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond if there's any issue. In-house laundry. Motorbike rentals all around the hotel.

The location was amazing! Right on the beach, so many places to eat and get massages on the same street! Within walking distance of a lot of stuff! The best part was the staff! Everyone was so SO nice and outgoing. The owner was PHENOMENAL! She felt like a friend! She had lots of recommendations and even walked my husband and I to a good restaurant! She was very attentive and caring. I have never stayed at a place that had the hospitality this location did. We would absolutely go back! There’s a restaurant downstairs, she has sunscreen available for use, the AC works great, wasn’t too noisy, it was just an amazing day!!

The property is beautiful and has great amenities. It would be perfect for an extended stay. I’d be happy to stay here again for longer.

From the minute I arrived the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady that cleaned three times a week was exceptional!

I like the space the room has, the pool, qnd the nice views.
