Clean towel , shampoo , soap, and a new bottle of water are given everyday. Nice quiet clean place. Has a coffee station in the morning.

Returned to this property after being away for several years and found it to be just as lovely as we remembered. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast is just okay. If you have pre arranged transportation this is an excellent choice. If you do not have Transportation lined up you will have to call for a taxi to get to the highlights of Chiang Mai.

I love that our room was just in-front of the swimming pool. It gave it a luxurious look. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a home away from home! Spacious, clean, quiet and had every comfort. The bed is so comfortable. Best sleeps we’ve had anywhere on our trip yet. The staff have been helpful and attentive in every regard, while still giving us privacy to feel at home. The neighbourhood has lots of laundry and 7/11 around the corner. Just 5 minutes from the old Chiang Mai square by grab or bolt. I will come back to this place again. Thank you to our hosts🙏

Tastefully appointed, large apartment. Located in tree filled bird filled area.

The apartment was very clean; fully furnished, it had a washer & dryer as well. They even had a first aid stationary kit in the kitchen; and even trash bags for you. It even had a drying rack in the laundry room. It was a great place to stay!

Great spot that is close to, but ideally not too close to tourist zones. Location is nearby Coworking spaces and some of the better restaurants in Chiang Mai for locals and expats. The family who run the ‘hometel’ are incredibly generous and helpful. Nice clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

Very low key accommodation. Each floor is a different room so there’s very little guests actually staying here at a time. We really liked this. It was always quiet no matter the time. The street is a side street off the main road and there’s a ton of other hostels. The location is perfect for quick access to old town and the night market around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The internet is great for remote workers there’s multiple extenders. The maid stays on property till 5:00pm and she’s very kind! She was always attentive and asking if we needed anything. Every morning you’ll find a lite breakfast bar with cereal, snacks, and coffee. We checked in late so we just picked up our keys and walked up to our room. A/C in the rooms are always welcoming to come home too. Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave. Very useful.

Sparkling clean, large rooms. Surprisingly quiet location near Tha Phae Gate. Good wifi.

The balcony, the free snacks, fruit, eggs, waffles, water, and coffee. Spacious room, and everything really clean. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Great location and easy check in process. We arrived late at night and the keys were left in a secure lockbox for us. Communication from the hosts was great. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding Nimman area.

The apartment was huge and location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the staff very responsive. A couple minutes from the Blue Line station and a few very good small locally owned restaurants nearby.

Everything. Pool was nice but water cold. Breakfast was reasonable. Very good restaurant about 200 meters walking. 7 11 about 400 meters. Staff was very helpful and made travel arrangements to sites. Bathtub was a welcomed added feature.

The room was nice. The shower was really good. Our room was clean and everything worked properly. Furthermore, the staff were really cool. We were joking everyday with them about the language and about the little dangerous dog.. It was good fun and I would be back for sure if I come to Chiang Mai.

Everything. I didn't expect a hotel in Chiang Mai could be this good, clean, and modern. I love the design, all simple but functioning correctly, and I have everything I need in my room. I love that the bathroom and shower have separate doors, a hair dryer provided, a kettle, and a big refrigerator. Totally can see myself living here, as I am coming here for training Muay Thai, and my gym (HongThong Muay Thai) is exactly just in front of the hotel.
