Great spot that is close to, but ideally not too close to tourist zones. Location is nearby Coworking spaces and some of the better restaurants in Chiang Mai for locals and expats. The family who run the ‘hometel’ are incredibly generous and helpful. Nice clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

Great location and easy check in process. We arrived late at night and the keys were left in a secure lockbox for us. Communication from the hosts was great. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding Nimman area.

Everything. I didn't expect a hotel in Chiang Mai could be this good, clean, and modern. I love the design, all simple but functioning correctly, and I have everything I need in my room. I love that the bathroom and shower have separate doors, a hair dryer provided, a kettle, and a big refrigerator. Totally can see myself living here, as I am coming here for training Muay Thai, and my gym (HongThong Muay Thai) is exactly just in front of the hotel.

Decorated with neutral colors and wooden furnishings, the air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and sofa. Selected apartments come with a kitchenette and bathtub.

Returned to this property after being away for several years and found it to be just as lovely as we remembered. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast is just okay. If you have pre arranged transportation this is an excellent choice. If you do not have Transportation lined up you will have to call for a taxi to get to the highlights of Chiang Mai.

The people that run this place are amazing so kind and helpful and lovely!!! Breakfast was delightful, one morning it was homemade green curry and was the best I have had. Cute dog that is there. Room was massive and clean with a stunning view. Area is great, very close to everything or a short grab away.

Very low key accommodation. Each floor is a different room so there’s very little guests actually staying here at a time. We really liked this. It was always quiet no matter the time. The street is a side street off the main road and there’s a ton of other hostels. The location is perfect for quick access to old town and the night market around the corner. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The internet is great for remote workers there’s multiple extenders. The maid stays on property till 5:00pm and she’s very kind! She was always attentive and asking if we needed anything. Every morning you’ll find a lite breakfast bar with cereal, snacks, and coffee. We checked in late so we just picked up our keys and walked up to our room. A/C in the rooms are always welcoming to come home too. Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave. Very useful.

The apartment was huge and location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the staff very responsive. A couple minutes from the Blue Line station and a few very good small locally owned restaurants nearby.

A 15-minute walk from the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and Warorot Market, Sakorn Residence and Hotel offers spacious rooms and apartments with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi.
