Great staff and very easy to book in and out. A little walk from the main road but bolt/grab are cheap. A self contained small apartment with everything you will need. Cleaners come around daily . Hot water all day. Good ac. There is a pool but I didn’t use it. Baht buses on the main road which can pick up or drop off at the airport bus.

The location is convenient, but my overall experience was very stressful. I initially tried three different rooms, and in all of them the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The rooms remained hot, and there was a strong unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to breathe. The shower was also not working at first. When I reported these issues, the owner was rude and unprofessional, and the situation became very uncomfortable. . However, the initial experience and the way the situation was handled were very disappointing. I also noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding AC problems, bad smells, and difficulties with refunds. I would recommend checking recent reviews carefully before booking

Nothing much about the property but my 2bedroom studio was amazing. Would come back just for that. - the 2bedroom suite was very spacious, fully equipped with utensils like a proper apartment but also with hotel amenities. - the hot water kettle didnt work and the bathroom sink drained slow, but its no biggie for a night’s stay. - the security guards and the cleaner were nice.

Отель новый, но учитывайте, что по состоянию на конец мая - он еще не достроен. В номере весь день было очень шумно, из-за звуков стройки в соседних номерах. В номерах все новое, и кровать, и сантехника, и кондиционер - но очень много строительной пыли, надеюсь, что после стройки их хорошо очистят Сначала заселили в очень грязный номер (пыль от цемента), потом номер поменяли - во втором было лучше, но пыли тоже было достаточно Так же учитывайте, что в здании нет лифта, лестницы узкие - поэтому если вы с багажом, то подняться на 3-4 этаж может быть тяжеловато
