Close to where we wanted to be. Breakfast was good and plenty of options and variety. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and clean. Liked the blackout curtains and windows. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff is the best. They were so helpful. I want to mention one special person , but I forgot her name , but she is of African decent. She helped me every which way and was outstanding. The other lady , a Boliviana who worked during the day was so helpful and the one who worked over night. Thank you.
The breakfast was great with fruit, fruit juice , eggs , cereal if I like and bread and good coffee.
WiFi worked great.
Location can’t be better. Close to the main square and 2 blocks from the street where you can take a minibus to the airport for 6 Bs.
This hotel offered pick up service on arrival at Santa Cruz airport. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but getting through immigration took well over 1 hours and 45 minutes because I had to do the visa on arrival and the line to pay was so long. The driver waited for me for 2 plus hours because I had to use the ATM and buy a sandwich at the terminal.
One thing worth noting is Santa Cruz airport has WiFi so Uber is an option. I used Uber to to go Guembé Biocentro park which costs around 25 Bs to go there and 35 Bs to come back and it was quite reliable.

Clean and safe, with either a fan or an air conditioner depending on your budget.
The ladies downstairs are wonderful, helped me with all my questions, and were accommodating and kind. We had great conversations.
When you’re looking for Flex Studios look for the number 518 (obvious I know), then you have to walk through a cell phone accessory store where you follow a short hall, and on the left are the awesome ladies on their computers ready to help.
