United StatesThe apartment was beautiful but needed some attention. There was no toilet paper in the lower bathroom- just a hole in the wall where the paper holder had been. There was no adequate place for clothes in the smaller upstairs bedroom. There was no drying rack for laundry. However the apartment was spectacular in design!

Nice apartment size with all necessary amenities for a short stay, including a small kitchen for preparing snacks and coffee. The location close to the center is absolutely perfect, the area very quiet and the church bells in the vicinity are not really an issue, as some of the former guests were mentioning in their reviews...actually we didn't even hear them after a while.

Spacious first-floor studio apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, and a bed/living room, with a small table. The apartment is a short walk from the Hauptplatz, up a steep cobbled street and very close to the Schloss entrance. It's a short tram ride from the main railway station to the Haupplatz. There are quite a few cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location, very close to the city center (old town, 5-10 mins walk). A modern studio apartment with pretty much everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Great for a weekend couple getaway.

Compact apartment, suited our short stay in Linz. We received the instructions for access by email. Parking on the road outside was fine, shops just outside, and very close to the Tips Arena which we were visiting.

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.
