The location and the host are impeccable

I spontaneously booked the place on a whim for a weekend with my SO and the place exceeded our expectations! The entire apartment felt private and spatious for 2. We loved the little touches, like the thick towels, comfy blankets, strong showerhead, and a cozy pullout couch. The seemingly full sized kitchen felt unnecessary for our needs, but it was a nice touch to have. The main bed and room felt comfortable and I have no complaints! The host was also very accommodating and friendly. The entire process was seamless and we were able to access the apartment easily soon after we booked it. Highly recommend!

The townhome is clean and has everything, such as huge TV, computer, washing and drying machine, sitting area, dining area and two bedrooms. Also, I got two parking spots.

The accommodation was perfect, super clean with all amenities needed. The host is super nice and helpful. Super easy to communicate with a very fast response time. We had a great stay there and would recommend it for people visiting Toronto by car as it's driving distance.

I stayed for 9 nights with a total of 10 days and my main concern was the air quality as it was a basement apartment and I do suffer from severe allergies, but all went very well. Central ventilation system was very efficient and the air was very clean, there were two exhaust fans in wet areas, and a dehumidifier that worked round the clock. The hosts controlled the temperature depending on the weather very efficiently and responded to any adjustment requests instantly. Generally, the hosts were very attentive and kind, checked almost daily for any requests. They provided amenities, and even offered to receive an Amazon order on my behalf. Instructions were very clear and listed in an organized way once you enter the apartment. Check in process was very simple, was offered early check in and late check out. Kitchen and utensils were very clean. The fridge had some welcome drinks. Everything was very clean, from the kitchen to the toilette and bedrooms. Neighborhood is residential and very quiet. Walking distance to supermarkets, one Korean, one Italian, and one Persian. That offered a wide variety of products. 15 minutes walk to a close by mall and cafes. Few minutes walk to the nearest bus stops. Easy to reach downtown Toronto by bus and metro.
