This home is very clean, sanitized, convenient, spacious, comfortable and good for business travelers and family groups. Every room is bright, clean and it comes with 2 free parking spots. Neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and safe. This listing is not an entire house rental. You will have only the entire basement in this house with separate entrance, including 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. No contact check in - keypad lock in place -
Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. 4 min walk to bus stop (Viva Rapid Transit) 10 min to Highway 404, 15 min to Highway 400, 20 min to Finch Subway Station, 30 min by bus to Toronto, 25 min to the Airport, 1.5 hr to Niagara Falls, 20 min to Canada´s Wonderland Amusement Park, 10 min walking to Hillcrest mall and banks, groceries stores (Nofrills, T&T, HMart and Walmart). Extremely close distance to some fast food chains such as: McDonalds, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice and many more restaurants, There are also a few parks around the area to visit and play in, the most popular being Rouge Crest Park and also Library, Performing Theatre, Cinemas and Wave pool.
