The apt is very clean, close to the city center and the beach. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff is friendly and kind, they have welcomed us with a smile and have helped us with our requests. It was our first time in Cyprus and I am so happy I chose to stay here. I sincerely recommend it and I can't wait to be back!

Value for money, location, clean and staff

The property was excellent brand new clean suits. The owners are very helpful, cooperative and sincere. They arrange for my family airport transfer. They help me to get a six seaters car rental with a good price. I will definitely come back soon.

The location is perfect, just by the private beach. We didn't have a lot of time before our flight in the morning, so having the beach so close was the reason for us to pick this hotel. It is less than 10 min drive to the airport. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a good location. Easy self check-in, pleasant atmosphere, and overall a very nice stay. The staff was kind and responsive.

The communication with the hosts was great: provided details on how to check in, arranged a taxi from the airport, provided tips for rental car, provided a guide for restaurants and other elements of interest near by, reacted to some minor issues and got them solved in due time. Easy access to the room. We had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Lots of restaurants on walking distance with the beach 5mins walk.

Absolutely loved our time here! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. Our host, Panagiotis, was exceptional. He was incredibly polite and went out of his way to help us with everything we asked for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very good location, near to the beach and next to amazing orthodox church St.Lazarus.Very clean apartment, delicious breakfast.Check in very easy to be done in 1am, the receptionist prolonged check out for 1pm, according to our request. Wifi was without any break.Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

It is very clean , the location is perfect , around 4 minutes from the beach and also the old city , everything is near restaurants shops sea , the staff was so hospitable and nice

Best stay in Cyprus so far. Christos reached out directly after my booking via WhatsApp to assist with check-in and answer any questions I had. The apartment was easy to access, although parking was a bit of a challenge because there was some construction going on. However, there are good parking spots two streets away for €3 with no time limit. The apartment looks great, with a modern design, and it was nice and clean. There were two water bottles and some juice boxes in the fridge, some snacks, and even ice cream in the freezer. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. The bathroom has a large shower with plenty of space. Christos kept in touch throughout my stay to make sure everything was in order! :)

Location of apartment is very close to supermarket and city urban buses for all sightseeing outside Larnaca, or inter city buses to Nicosia, Ayia Napa and other.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Alex met us with the keys and explained everything. There were snacks left and as as an added bonus Alex cooked a meal for us. There was a washing machine and lines to dry clothes. Alex gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars. The apartment was close to a supermarket and the city centre and also the airport bus stop.
