I liked the location of the hotel the most and the helpfulness of the employees, especially the hotel owner, Mr. Ali. My room was clean and tidy. Another great part of the hotel was that it was in a very quiet and calm neighborhood, so my holiday was exactly as I wanted. I also liked the hotel's breakfast and garden very much. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday with peace of mind.

Simply wow. Didn’t expect to find such a hidden gem in Nicosia! Amyth Nicosia just opened and already feels like a secret you want to share—but also keep to yourself. It’s a small palace tucked in the heart of the historical old town, full of character, elegance, and charm. The design is stunning, blending luxury with local heritage in such a thoughtful way. Every corner feels curated and intimate. But the real surprise? The restaurant. Absolutely out of this world. Every dish was a journey—beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and served with warmth. This place raises the bar for Nicosia. Can’t wait to return.

Madama Residence is an excellent hotel and restaurant right in the heart of Nicosia. Coming from Finland, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it reminded me of elegant Italian hotels—warm hospitality, stylish rooms, and great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, and the food is outstanding. A perfect place to stay if you want comfort, character, and a touch of Italy in the middle of the city.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Nicosia. Easy walk from the public parking area. 1 min away from Ledras Street Check in was very quick and easy. Staff on the desk very polite and efficient. The room Executive Room was spacious with a balcony. Lovely big comfy bed. The rooms have been recently renovated as well as the shower room. nice new tiles and walk in shower. Breakfast was very nice. A very characterful young man looked after us and offered omelette or fried eggs. Would stay here again if visiting Nicosia.

There is nothing we can fault with this newer hotel. Staff were all fantastic to deal with, the location was near to the airport, the room was comfortable and had all the amenities you could want, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Cyprus. An added bonus is the pool and green area out back - a really nice place for some down time. If/when we come back, we'll be staying here for sure!!

Hospitality of the staff - much better than Four Seasons, which I stayed last time in another city in CY. In such a simple hotel, the facility is very good.

A perfectly nice hotel in the old city. I was skeptical about booking because there were no reviews, but I think it may have just opened. Everything felt recently renovated. The manager Mehmet was very kind and helpful and even walked me to the bus station at 6am to get the airport shuttle.
