A little bit far from the center

A perfectly nice hotel in the old city. I was skeptical about booking because there were no reviews, but I think it may have just opened. Everything felt recently renovated. The manager Mehmet was very kind and helpful and even walked me to the bus station at 6am to get the airport shuttle.

I loved the lounge bar area. Our waiter in the bar was fantastic! He was so friendly and attentive.

The staff was so friendly and kind. They went above and beyond regarding breakfast and helping me do a load of laundry! It was super great they were staffed 24/7 too!

Fantastic location right in the centre of Nicosia. Easy walk from the public parking area. 1 min away from Ledras Street Check in was very quick and easy. Staff on the desk very polite and efficient. The room Executive Room was spacious with a balcony. Lovely big comfy bed. The rooms have been recently renovated as well as the shower room. nice new tiles and walk in shower. Breakfast was very nice. A very characterful young man looked after us and offered omelette or fried eggs. Would stay here again if visiting Nicosia.

What a wonderful, spacious and well equipped apartment, nearby the centre of Nicosia with super comfortable bed, bathroom and very good breakfast. Suggested for family or romantic trips.

Very friendly staff, close to city center and a wonderful breakfast

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, polite and ready to gelp us if we needed anything. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable.

Simply wow. Didn’t expect to find such a hidden gem in Nicosia! Amyth Nicosia just opened and already feels like a secret you want to share—but also keep to yourself. It’s a small palace tucked in the heart of the historical old town, full of character, elegance, and charm. The design is stunning, blending luxury with local heritage in such a thoughtful way. Every corner feels curated and intimate. But the real surprise? The restaurant. Absolutely out of this world. Every dish was a journey—beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and served with warmth. This place raises the bar for Nicosia. Can’t wait to return.

Madama Residence is an excellent hotel and restaurant right in the heart of Nicosia. Coming from Finland, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it reminded me of elegant Italian hotels—warm hospitality, stylish rooms, and great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, and the food is outstanding. A perfect place to stay if you want comfort, character, and a touch of Italy in the middle of the city.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, our room had a splendid view over he Eleftheria Square. It's close to the bus station, as well as to the cafes and museums. The staff is kind and lovely. No excessive and useless objects, nothing fake or dishonest. It is affordable and genuinely friendly. A place where we could rest and feel welcome.
