I read all previous reviewers and was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, polite and fluent in English, Persian and Turkish. The room had an electric kettle and a cup which was much better than what I read in previous reviewers. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were really great, and a good range of different foods for different tastes were available. Room service was always available. Two bottles of water were supplied every day.

It was a great location if you want to see the city center. There is Palm Beach also which is half an hour away but it's worth it.
