The host Felix was absolutely wonderful. We arrived late and he had to send someone at the last minute to hand us the keys. I also forgot the keys in my pocket when I checked out and he was really gracious to arrange an alternative for me. He made our stay really easy and pleasant. Thank you Felix!

The studio is impressive, so much thought went into every bit o space. We had everything we wanted, including small games to play while in the room. The location is perfect, 5 min away from the center. It's really quiet at night and you have a lot of great restaurants right next to the building. You have free coffee, water and snacks on the ground floor " the flat". You can wash your clothes and iron them for free, meet with friends and play pool. A big recommend from us!

The location is super fantastic. Centrally located in the shopping district and within walking distance to the museums, Marketplaz, tram and regional train and the zoo! The windows faced a quiet side of the shopping district and we can hear the birds while sitting in the kitchen/ dining area. Susanne and Marie at the reception were very helpful too, and facilitated early check in - something we appreciated after a 22 hour travel itinerary from Manila, Philippines.

Location was ideal for all my activities associated with attending the 2024 Bachfest. Access to ‘eat street’ nearby was a bonus not to mention the supermarket down stairs.

Their staff was super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The apartment was huge with a very luxurious shower and a kitchen that was fully equipped. The location is close to the main station and to transportation.
