Property was very well equipped, and very clean. It was the little things that made it exceptional - cream tea waiting in the fridge, along with milk (and tea bags / coffee), books on Cornwall and the local village to read, a fan upstairs should it get too warm. Excellent location. Very close to the Eden Project and Carn Grey Rock (walking distance).

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place is excellent – very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for our family, with spacious rooms and all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the Ms Sally was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a great place to stay. Looking forward to returning on our next visit!

We liked the lovely welcome from the owners Jessica and Paul. The excellent information on the house history and detailed walk. The room was lovely and cosy and clean with a comfy bed and good ensuite. Good size kitchenette with basic breaky supplies. Lovely garden to sit in. Great value for money and a lovely drive from the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
