Unique 1 bedroom loft apartment available to rent in the town centre of St Austell. Located in a Historic Building. Fully equipped kitchen. Only a 7 minute drive from nearest beach and close to the famous clay trails. 10 minute drive from The Eden Project. 20 minutes from Newquay Airport. Great location for visiting Cornwall and surrounding beaches.
