It's simply the best choice for the couples or small families. The location is the best possible: you stay in the heart of the old city, the crowdy K. Gamsahurdia street is just 50 meters away (with all the shops, restaurants, banks, etc) however you are hidden in the very quiet place. Just amazing! The personnel (and owners, at the same time) are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with transfer from Kutaisi airport (it was at a very reasonable price). The villa itself and rooms are in every good shape, everything is fully functional and in good visual condition s. Rooms are spacey enough, everything necessary is present (hair dryer, iron, kitchen appliances, fridge, gas stove etc). Furniture is comfortable, the room is air conditioned, the ac is of a bit slow performance per my taste, but does it work with Aug's heat. WiFi is available and the provided speed is pretty good.

I recently stayed in this apartment and had a great experience. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had all the basic amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed.

Comfortable bed, with complete kitchen, including a dishwasher and a full sized fridge. Good drapes, too dark in the room well, And very good Internet connection. Lots of hot water.
