The hotel manager was incredibly nice and helpful, picked me up from the airport at 2 AM, gave me a bottle of water. The hotel is close to the airport and in a very beautiful forest location.

The personnel were very friendly and thoughtful! They offered me a free transfer from the airport and the driver kindly waited for me for more than one hour at night because my flight was delayed. The room was very cozy and tidy with everything you wanted after the long trip, when you're tired. A very tasty breakfast, and how it was served, gave me the feeling of visiting home. I can really recommend it!

Very charming beautiful rooms. The owner is extremely friendly. When he realized that we would need to leave to catch our plane before they served breakfast, he insisted on giving us money back for the night! Nice hotel and wonderful service! Highly recommend.

This is a nice and cozy hotel a few minutes walk to a beautiful park, balneological resort & spa, Tetra Cave, supermarkets nearby. Friendly Lucas helped us with luggage during quick and easy check-in. Lovely Nina welcomed us with glasses of home wine 🍷 🍷. The hospitable hotel owner upgraded our rooms free of charge. A huge thanks to Mamuka who took care of us throughout our week of stay, helped us with advices and luggage. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, refrigerator, etc. There is a dinning room, which is convenient for families and travelers with children. It is possible to order food from the menu. There is a coffee machine in the lobby. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, cotton linens, air conditioning, shampoo, hands wash, hair dryer, robes, slippers in the rooms, parking. Good basic hotel for a reasonable price run by a great team 👍
