We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and everything was well organized. The breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and we were happy with our choice.

The hotel is clean and cozy, the sound of the river and a view to it is another pleasant moment. The location is in the center, and all city and historic sites are available within 10-15 minutes walk.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean room

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sat on the balcony drinking coffee watching the river, which albeit slightly less blue than the photo, looks exactly like the photograph. Kakha is an absolute treasure, and nothing was too much; he gave us a corkscrew and nice wine glasses to take onto our private balcony. The room had a full size fridge, which in summer in Georgia is not just useful, but significantly improves the overall experience. Checkout at 12 is a lovely change, it makes the whole experience more relaxing, rather than feeling like you have to rush out and can't enjoy the morning.

This place is value for money. The building is a well maintained relic. I found this place by accident because another hotel had confirmed my reservation only to cancel on me on the same day I was to check in. I raised a complaint with Booking but received no feedback whatsoever. I am glad things went the way it did otherwise I would not have had the pleasure to experience such genuine Georgian hospitality. Kutaisians are the best. See you all again soon!

Best hot spot in city center. So location is 10/10. 24/7 reception. Turkish beds are the most comfy thing during my trip. Stuff was very very kind. Good shower. high ceilings. all TV programs.
