The Kalafatis beach home is a perfect place to base yourself for a visit to Delphi whilst staying by the sea. The private beach area right outside the apartment was wonderful. The room was perfect - very well appointed, light and airy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We felt very welcomed by the hosts who made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly located apartment in the little town of Itea. We really liked how close this was to drive to the Delphi archaeological site, and it was easy to walk to all the restaurants during our two night stay to relax over the week of Christmas. The apartment was perfectly ready for cooking and had a smart TV which we used.

Everything was very nice!!! the house is just by the sea. Unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather and couldn't swim, but I am sure that the sea is perfect.

A beautiful and peaceful place right in front of the beach — quiet, warm, and comforting, like being gently wrapped in a cozy nest. The apartment is new, spotless, and everything feels fresh and well cared for. Both the sofa and beds were very comfortable, and the closets were easy to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spacious and relaxing. Although the living room was a bit compact, it actually added to the sense of coziness and calm — perfect for unwinding and slowing down. Everything, from the clean, well-chosen tableware to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, reflected the owner’s care and attention. It was a truly comfortable stay, and we would be happy to return.
