Very clean apartment! Modern and new! Good size kitchen and bathroom. Perfect location (city center). Quiet and safe neighborhood. Grocery store nearby.

Steps from two piazza, amazing host, large 2BR apartment with washer, large fridge, nice family room and balcony. Eateries, shopping and historical landmarks abound outside the door.

The location was perfect in the Old Town district. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was easily and safely accessible anytime. It is close to restaurants, coffee bars and shopping. As frequent visitors to this area, we hope it will be available for our next visit. The owner was very accommodating with our special request. As we were on a long vacation, the washing machine was a great plus!

L’Attichetto is perfectly located between two of the main squares of Ascoli Piceno. The appartement is clean, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic balcony terrasse overlooking the rooftops of the town which is breathtakingly beautiful at all times of the day. The kitchen is functional, the bathrooms are very good and the bedroom comfortable with more spectacular views. Special note that instructions were so easy to follow for parking and check in from the host. Excellent communication.

I loved that this apartment was very centrally located. It was very clean and comfortable with a giant bathroom on the main room. The apartment is only one flight up which is convenient if you have a lot of luggage.
