Apartments in Colico

The property had everything! It was close to the ferry and supermarket and restaurants and it was quiet and only TV he sound of cows and their bells! Th view was amazing!

The property has everything one can expect, very clean with all facilities. The area is amazing and very lively at night. The staff is amazing and available all the time.

The pool is perfect. The fenced yard is perfect for our two small dogs to enjoy. The location is great for going to the lake and walking to the downtown area. Get pizza from the restaurant on ge lake.

Good and clean beds and really good pillows. The whole apartment was clean and tidy.

We stayed here for 3 nights and got to visit the main cities around Lake Como. The highway makes traveling very accessible with a car. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Everyday we woke up with an amazing, breathtaking view of the mountains. Breakfast was tasty, pretty similar each day but with small differences, suitable for everyone's tastes. We got to enjoy the spa area, which has a swimming pool with heated water, a jacuzzi, two different types of sauna and turkish baths. I would totally recommend if you want to visit Lake Como, having easy access to both sides of the lake without the use of ferry is a big advantage. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.

Very nice location. Cozy apartments. Clear check-in procedure . Good communication with a host. Apartment were warm upon our arrival (not everyone does that).My personal thanks for additional pillows:)

Close to train station but far enough to be quiet. Spacious with great room darkening blinds. Host was very accommodating and friendly

Charming apartment within steps of the ferry stop and the beautiful piazza where it is located. Matteo is an excellent host, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable of the history of the area. He really goes out of his way to insure a pleasant stay. Large shower, comfortable bed, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets close by, and an easy walk to the train station. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Colico. And the price is more than reasonable for the area.

The location is great. In town with easy walking to the lake and many restaurants. The air conditioning works great.

The views were incredible and the large space made it comfortable with a group of 4. The kitchen was great for cooking and had all the equipment needed.

The apartment was nice. The owner seems to have to many things going on. She has two properties and somehow thought we where at the B&B and not the apartment making us wait over an hour before simply telling us the lock box code when she figured out where we were at. She promised to show up for our documents and bring some laundry soap but nevet did. Perhaps if she was not always in a rush to get off the phone in the two times we talked, the rental would have gone much smoother and we would not have waited around an hour plus for nothing.

It was exceptionally clean and the game room downstairs was fantastic for the kiddos, they loved it. The location was spot on. The host was very friendly. The secure parking was a huge plus. It in a quiet area. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The location and views are amazing. The host is very helpful and communicative. Great parking, with self check-in and check-out options. I highly recommend it.
