Everything about our stay was exceptional! The room was modern, spacious, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. The private terrace was lovely, and the pool area was simply stunning—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. They even have a poolside bar, perfect for enjoying a relaxed afternoon aperitivo. That became our favorite daily ritual! Overall, an amazing experience. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Beautiful property, excellent location and fabulous restaurant. Loved being picked up in the cute little turquoise car from the parking garage. The host was lovely and the whole team was friendly, helpful and had many suggestions for our stay. The Saturday Market is worth a visit. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Monopoli. If you can't stay in one of their lovely rooms .... the N24 Restaurant is amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the beautiful Suite Maria Giulia in Monopoli. The apartment is not only spacious and immaculately clean, but it’s also tastefully decorated with every detail carefully thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need, making it perfect for those who enjoy cooking. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the old town, allowing us to explore everything on foot. Additionally, right below the apartment is a charming café-restaurant called Quinta Essenza, run by two of the sweetest and most hospitable people. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning during our stay.

The location was perfect. It was very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Mulini. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the high arched ceilings and minimal design. The bed was comfortable, and the room was thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a longer stay - like an apartment incl the coffee machine, sink, utensils and cutlery, and more. It was sweet of them to offer us a bottle of wine and some snacks on arrival. We enjoyed using the private sauna and jacuzzi on our last day to relax and feel rejuvenated. The balcony offered a lovely view of the sunrise over the sea. The location was amazing! Right by the cathedral and a different type of church opposite within the historical centre. But also close enough to the rest of the city - it was a 10 min walk to many restaurants. The communication with Alma and check-in was easy.

There was a kitchen oven and cooker with a big refrigerator. We could have breakfast in room easily. The rooms was very new and very clean.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything necessary. Also very clean and spacious. We stayed in the Golden apartment, there is a nice terrace and small backyard. The parking spot was just in front of the apartment, super comfy. The guys on the reception were very kind, they met us on time eventhough it was a bank Holiday when we arrived. On our departure day, our flight was canceled due to strike, we asked to stay one more additional night, and they lady arranged it, so we kept the same apartment. Overall we had very nice experience. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped with everything necessary for cooking and it is very comfy. Our 6 years old daughter also enjoyed her own room very much. Thank very much, if we visit Puglia again, we Will book the same facility!

We really enjoyed our stay in Noah residence, the apartment is in a great location, wow cannot be beat, the host was wonderful and check in was smooth. The apartment is very compact and cute. We didn't stay too long in the apartment as there was so much to see and do in Monopoli. We also felt this location was away from the crazy touristy area and in a more authentic part of the old town. Which we loved.

Brand new, well thought out design. Beautifully renovated. Everything you need for a stay in monopoli. Location perfect, managed to find free parking close by and minutes to old town. Host was great, instructions for entry and all communication perfect. We would stay again!

Location was good, the stairs were a killer though, especially with the suitcase since they were very steep and very narrow.

I honestly loved everything about this place. It was super clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. The room had everything we needed, which made the stay really comfortable. The host also left small notes around that were incredibly helpful and made everything easy to navigate. The room itself is a cute, small space but very cozy and comfortable. The location is great as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Our host, Chiara, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, reaching out before our arrival via text and phone to ensure everything was in order. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, bottled water, and spotless cookware. During our stay (June 21–27), the heat was intense, so the fully functioning air conditioning was absolutely essential and greatly appreciated. The two-storey layout worked perfectly for our family, offering two full bathrooms, a washing machine, and a drying rack on the balcony—very practical for longer stays. The location was ideal—just a 5-minute walk to Monopoli’s charming historic center, and close to shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. We especially valued the fresh water fountain right outside the building, which was perfect for refilling bottles during the hot summer days. The people of southern Italy impressed us with their kindness, compassion, and hospitality, which made our stay even more special. We paid around €1,230 for a six-night stay, which we felt was very reasonable for the quality and location. I highly recommend reaching out to the host directly before booking—it’s always a good idea to connect personally and ask any questions you may have.

Very comfortable apartment and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood gets very quiet at night for a good nights sleep. The kitchen had what we needed to cook easy meals. A fifteen minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Centro Storico. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Apartment is on 3rd floor, no elevator. Friendly and helpful owner met us at check in and showed us around. There is a lovely rooftop terrace for guest use. Monopoli is an interesting place in its own right with Bari and Polignano a Mare being easy day trips by train. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it..
