Central location, simple, perfect for one person, easy to get in, great communication, value for the money

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The place was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly spacious. The location is perfect—right in the center and close to everything. Honestly, we didn’t expect it to be this good. It was absolutely worth the price, and we have nothing negative to say.

I liked that everything was exceptionally clean and cozy. The temperature at home is amazingly comfortable. The check-in procedure was fast, however do not forget to self check-in online as I forgot to do so, but it took me 5 minutes. I liked the consumables presence in the toilet, which is in fact very modern as the overall design of the flat. There are TV with smart functions, coffee machine, good wi-fi and everything that is needed. The bad is extremely cozy. Thank you so much for the flat, look forward to seeing you in future!

Great location. Clear communication from owners. Easy and flexible

Before arriving in Varese, we knew little about the city. However, two pleasant experiences occurred: Aerti, a wonderful host, and the wonderful city of Varese. Aerti greeted us warmly and helped us with parking (it's not his fault that the parking is a bit tight for large cars). The apartment on the third floor with an elevator was well-appointed, tastefully furnished with attention to detail, modern, spacious, and cozy. The kitchen was also well-equipped. Aerti was very attentive and responsive to his guests. We felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well. The entire city center was within walking distance, with numerous restaurants and cafes. A supermarket was also within walking distance. Varese is a beautiful, well-kept city that is interesting to explore and very convenient for day trips. We will dream of the opportunity to return.
